Aromatic, spicy, tangy and healthy are some of the adjectives that define Thai cuisine. Learn to cook a five course Thai meal in this workshop. The participants will get to savour the food that is prepared in the workshop. You will learn to make :

  • Tom Yum soup
  • Paneer and Tofu satay with classic Thai peanut sauce
  • Relish called Nam Prik
  • Som Tam or the green Papaya salad
  • Thai green and red curries
  • Pad Thai Noodles
  • Steamed Jasmine rice and Thai Basil Fried Rice
  • Coconut Milk pudding with tropical fruits like mango
