- sauces like Béchamel sauce, Arrabiatta, Basil pesto, Alfredo, Garlic butter.
- Pasta dough from scratch both eggless and with egg.
- Potato pasta called Gnocchi
- A variety of pastas that will be covered are Ravioli, Lasagna, Cannelloni, Spaghetti , Tagliatelle, Farfalle. The fillings and toppings will be made in the class. Participants will get to do the pastas hands-on. Use of pasta machine will also be taught.
- antipasti stuffed mushrooms will also be covered.
